Choosing to work with Andrew Thompson Construction was an easy decision for us. We previously had the opportunity to see his work in other people’s homes and knew that we wanted his quality of master craftsmanship in our home as well. From our initial conversation and well into the renovation process until the end, he was patient and always made the time to fully answer our questions and address our concerns. He took the time to get to know both of us, and our family, in order to get a feel for what we wanted, and then he thoughtfully put together a plan that would work for us. As plans evolve, he was very upfront and honest about any increases or decreases in budget (yes, decreases did happen!) We always felt completely in control. He did what he said he would do and he did it on time. He took care of all paperwork with the county and scheduled all of our appointments with inspectors and showrooms. All of his subcontractors were wonderful to work with as well. We felt very comfortable having them in our home and they truly did excellent work. It is apparent that Andrew respects his subcontractors, his interior designer, and all outside business partners, and they respect him. It is wonderful to work with such a well oiled team. His work came in on budget, on time (even a bit early), and we are so pleased.
