Remodel + Addition for more Indoor + Outdoor Space
This family needed more room! We were able to convert the existing three car garage into a den, huge laundry and mudroom. The existing smaller laundry room converted into a wet bar used for entertaining. The new construction of the house was joined together with a stunning outdoor living space with a fireplace, vaulted ceiling and a cooking porch. The existing garage was replaced by a new three car garage area with an in-law apartment off the back complete with full kitchen, den, bedroom and bath. The full exterior was painted to finish off this wonderful remodel and addition. The house literally stops traffic! This family loves every square inch of the project.
